USER AGREEMENT
Revised on March 14, 2025

The text of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) set out below is addressed to an unspecified number of persons, visitors to the site: https://riplister.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and/or other services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Riplister memorial platform” and/or “memorial platform”), when using, ordering, corresponding, telephone conversation, leaving feedback, etc. on the Riplister memorial platform.
This Agreement is a public offer within the meaning of the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine. The performance of conclusive actions by persons (hereinafter referred to as the “User” / “Buyer”, and in the plural “Users” / “Buyers”) aimed at using the Riplister memorial platform is considered an unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of all provisions of this Agreement. The User hereby acknowledges that acceptance of the Agreement is equivalent to signing and concluding the Agreement on the terms set forth in this Agreement. In the event that any part of this User Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts thereof shall remain in force.
The User Agreement determines the general terms and conditions of forming and accepting an order for execution, delivery and return of goods, marketing aspects of the interaction of the User and the Riplister memorial platform, etc.
If you, as a User, do not agree with this User Agreement, you should not use the Riplister memorial platform. Please periodically check this Agreement, as changes to the Agreement indicate that you accept them from the moment such changes are made.
By accepting this Agreement, the User consents to the processing and protection of his/her personal data, in the scope, manner, in accordance with the purpose and objectives of the processing in accordance with the Regulations on the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations” and/or “Regulations on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data”).
We value the User’s right to privacy and non-disclosure of his/her personal information. This User Agreement is a rule used by all Users of our service and regulates the collection and use of personal information that may be requested/received when visiting the memorial platform, when ordering, in correspondence, by telephone, or in any other communication involving the exchange of data/information. If the User has any questions or problems regarding confidentiality, the User may withdraw his/her Consent to the use of personal data, for this purpose it is sufficient to send an e-mail with the subject line “Personal data” to the following e-mail address: info@riplister.com

Communication with the memorial platform is possible:

2. Using the contact form available on the riplister.com website
User requests in the form of e-mail or through contact forms can be sent around the clock, however, such requests are processed on business days.

PERSONAL DATA OF THE USER
Memorial platform Riplister, in the event that the User places an order, participates in promotions, surveys or otherwise interacts with the memorial platform, the memorial platform collects both personal information and general data.
Personal information concerns an individual user and is processed in the manner, to the extent, and for the purposes specified in the Regulations on the Processing of User Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations).
In order to place an order for goods/services, participate in promotions, surveys or otherwise interact with the memorial platform, you must carefully familiarize yourself with your rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data, which are specified in Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the Regulations, carefully familiarize yourself with this User Agreement and the Regulations, and also express your full consent to their terms.
If you do not agree with any of the terms of this User Agreement and the Regulations on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data, please do not provide personal information (personal data).

THIRD PARTIES PROVIDING SERVICES
To fulfill and deliver orders, provide customer support, analyze data and other services, the User agrees to the Memorial platform to engage the services of third parties. The transfer of the User's personal data for processing by third parties is carried out within the limits and on the terms specified in this Agreement and in the Regulations on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data.

DISCLOSURE AND TRANSFER OF INFORMATION
Information on the terms of disclosure of personal data to third parties is contained in the Regulations on the Processing of Personal Data of the User.

PERSONAL ACCOUNT
The Personal Account is a full-fledged tool created to make using the Memorial platform even more convenient. By registering on the memorial platform, the User gets the opportunity to manage the memory pages.
The User has the right to delete his/her personal account.

COOKIES POLICY
Like many other companies, we use cookie technology on and off our memorial platform. Cookies are pieces of information that the memorial platform transfers to the hard drive of the consumer (User) to store information related to the memorial platform. This technology enhances the use of the Internet by preserving the User's preferences when browsing a particular site. Cookie technology does not contain personal information and cannot in any way configure the User's system or read information from his hard drive.
When browsing the memorial platform, we may place cookies on your computer. Such temporary cookies are used to count the number of visits to our memorial platform. They are deleted when you exit the browser. Permanent cookies may be stored on your computer by your browser. During registration, this type of cookie tells you whether you are visiting us for the first time or have visited our memorial platform before. Cookies do not contain Personal Data and can be blocked by you at any time. Cookies do not receive personal information about you and do not provide us with your contact information, nor do they receive any information from your computer. We use cookies to determine the features of the memorial platform that you like the most. In addition, cookies are used to make the memorial platform https://riplister.com safe, secure and convenient. Cookies provide support for security features and their launch.
Cookies also allow us to track violations of the User Agreement by visitors or devices. Cookies help us evaluate the number and frequency of requests, as well as detect and block those visitors or devices that are trying to perform batch downloads of information from the memorial platform.
The “help” shortcut on the toolbar of most browsers will inform you how to prevent the browser from accepting new cookies, how to receive notifications from the browser that you have received new cookies, or how to disable cookies. Remember that cookies allow you to fully use all the features of the memorial platform https://riplister.com, and we recommend that you leave them enabled.
In addition, the memorial platform https://riplister.com may contain links to other sites. Such links are provided for informational purposes only. When you navigate to other sites via links to other sites, these Regulations and this User Agreement do not apply to such sites.
The technical equipment of the memorial platform https://riplister.com pages may include modules: Facebook, Twitter, Youtube (youtube.com), Google, Telegram, Instagram, Viber.
These modules may be buttons for synchronizing an account on the memorial platform https://riplister.com, Like, retweet or, respectively, "I like it". If a visitor opens one of the web pages equipped with such a plugin, his Internet browser will directly connect him to the servers of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Youtube Telegram, Instagram, Viber. The plugin will transmit to the server data about which web pages of the memorial platform https://riplister.com the visitor viewed. When using any functions of the plugin, this information will also be synchronized with the visitor's account on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Youtube, Telegram, Instagram, Viber. More detailed information about the collection and use of data by Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Youtube Telegram, Instagram, Viber, as well as about the rights and possibilities for protecting personal data in this context can be found in the privacy section on the websites Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Youtube, Telegram, Instagram, Viber.

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION
The user, using the memorial platform, consents to receiving calls regarding order verification, quality assessment, receiving messages by email, in messengers including, but not limited to, Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, by phone, receiving push notifications to the phone including regarding the quality of service; receiving marketing mailings, newsletters, questionnaires to assess the quality of the services provided, conducting analytical research. The user is also entitled to publish a review of the product or service received.

PRICES AND SERVICES
The Memorial Platform provides access to its services on a conditionally free basis. At the same time, some services that expand users' capabilities are paid.
Payment for paid services is made using the platform's internal points - "RIP". They can be used to pay for such services as:
- digital offering in the form of a bouquet or candle to the memory page;
- adding color comments to the memory page;
- expanding the limit on media files (up to 4 photos are uploaded for free, all additional ones - for "RIP").
"RIP" points can be purchased through supported payment systems. In addition, the user can earn these points by completing tasks that contribute to the development of the memorial platform. The cost of all paid services on the site is indicated in "RIP", with 1 "RIP" equivalent to 0.42 UAH. The minimum replenishment amount is 100 "RIP".
The funds paid for "RIP" are not refundable, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
Payment is made through supported payment systems. The user must follow the established instructions. Memorial Platform is not responsible for errors during payments.
If the user has accessed paid services without appropriate permission, he is obliged to pay their cost or eliminate the violation. In case of violations, access to the platform may be limited.
The exclusive right to distribute the platform services belongs exclusively to Memorial Platform Riplister - the Performer. If the user has received the relevant rights from third parties, he is obliged to immediately notify the platform. In case of failure to comply with this requirement, his access may be limited.
The platform reserves the right to terminate access to the services in case of violation of the rules or suspicion of fraud. In such cases, the relevant information may be transferred to law enforcement agencies.
The User confirms that the memorial platform is not a game of chance, a contest or a bet. The purchase of "RIP" points is not a mandatory condition for using the platform services.

ORDER
Purchase of "RIP" points, hereinafter referred to as an Order on the memorial platform, is possible for registered Users.
A User who already has an Account confirms in the Order form the validity of the data required for the conclusion and execution of the purchase and sale agreement. A User who places an Order for the first time must independently fill in the Order form with the data required for the conclusion and execution of the purchase and sale agreement, or log in using a Facebook or Google account. In any case, providing outdated and false User data may prevent the execution of the Order.
In the Order form, the User must specify the following data relating to the User: name and surname, contact phone number and/or email address, as well as data relating to the purchase and sale agreement: number of "RIP" points, payment method.
The User sends the Order (submits an offer) using the functionality of the memorial platform available for this purpose (the "Pay" button).
If the User places an Order for the first time on the website available at: https://riplister.com, he may be asked to confirm the contact phone number by entering the code received by the User in an SMS message or via messenger in the appropriate field of the Order form. If the User already has a corresponding account registered on the memorial platform, places an order, but has not confirmed the phone number, the memorial platform automatically takes actions aimed at verifying and confirming the specified number.
During the Order process, until the moment of clicking the "Pay" button, the User has the opportunity to independently correct the entered data regarding the number of "RIP" but not less than 100 units of "RIP".
Depending on the selected payment method, the User may be redirected to the pages of a third-party payment service provider to make the payment.
The User is aware that, regardless of the will of the memorial platform, carriers, delivery services, financial companies, etc. (together - "Third Parties") may set additional fees and tariffs for services provided by third parties. the memorial platform is not responsible for changing such fees or tariffs. the memorial platform will make all reasonable efforts to inform the Users of such changes.
Before clicking the "Pay" button, the User is obliged to familiarize himself with the provisions of this Agreement and comply with them.
After payment, the memorial platform sends a notification to the e-mail address about the status of the Order and the number of accrued "RIP" points.
In the event of the absence of the Goods/Services or other obstacles, the Site will individually contact the User at the e-mail address or phone number specified by the User.

PARTY DETAILS
The Parties agree that the Customer's details are the information specified by him when filling out the Order form.
